The CRAFTSMAN 2-1/2 in. to 1-1/4 in. Adapter is easy to use and allows you to use smaller attachments with larger shop vacuums for things like dust collection. Just slip one end into your wet/dry vac hose and the other end is ready to accept smaller hoses and attachments designed for smaller vacs.

Adapters For a Variety of Connections – 4 Adapters (NOTE- 2 Adapters come already connected together but come apart easily)

After realizing there are not really any universal adapters available we had these designed to fit the most common home vacuum cleaner hoses.

We included a generic shop vac 1 1/4 to 2 1/2 inches which has a bit of a taper.

Either use one adapter by itself or use any combination of the 3 by connecting them together to create an adapter that will fit your hose. ( the generic shop vac adapter does not fit in to any of the other 3 adapters, use by itself)

 We tested these on newer model vacuums and was able to come up with a combination that worked for most we could find. Both with older vacuums and newer ones measure your vacuum hose and attachment to check the size before purchase because we want you to be happy with your purchase.

 ** Just a note if you combine more than one adapter to fit a heavier floor attachment you might need a piece of tape to hold it on, just because of the weight when you pick it up and down often.**. You can even glue the pieces together.

Use these to connect your power tools vacuum port to your hose in your work shop or with your shop vacuums, also can use with dust collection systems.

The 37737 is a premium nozzle for both hard floor and carpeted surfaces. The tool is virtually silent when moving across hard floor surfaces due to the oversized wheel located just under the double pivot neck. The neck pivots first at the tool and then at the neck base to insure maximum cleaning performance. The 37737 is compatible with all canister vacuums, commercial back pack vacuums using 1. 25” accessories, and all major brands of central vacuum including Beam, Electrolux, Vacumaid, Cyclovac, MD, Vacuflo, Canavac, Nutone, Eureka, and Imperium. To confirm the 37737 consider the nozzle end of your wand or extension tube. If it has a connection without a button and measures approximately 1. 1/4” on the outside surface, it should be compatible. The 37737 is not compatible with several brands of European vacuums like Miele which require a 1. 375” neck. The 34531 chromed steel telescopic wand features a button lock. If your hose comes equipped with a button, it will lock the wand into place, ensuring it doesn’t fall off the tool.
